DOMS ARE GREAT IT MEANS YOUR WORKOUTS ARE WORKING, CONSTANT ACHES AND PAINS INTERRUPTING YOUR DAY AND SLEEP, NOT SO GREAT- AND ALSO NOT NECESSARY.

People just like you worldwide want to go to the gym, move some heavy Iron, get a great pump and get out.  Back pain shouldn't occur every time you deadlift, your shoulders shouldn't be screaming in agony every time you try and press.

 

Let's be honest, you go see your doc they’ll give you some painkillers maybe a Cortisone and tell you to stop lifting and bring your prep to a screaming halt.

That sucks, and so I like to do things a little differently.

My goal is to get you back in the gym, help you achieve the big lifts and build a physique that make everyone’s jaw drop and help you get back to your competitive level.

Sports massage is a great way to relieve a lot of those aches and pains that dog your workouts by reducing tension in the muscles and allowing the body to do a better job of naturally recovering properly after every workout.

But the job isn't done once treatment is over.


To fully recover, the treatments will relieve muscle tension and improve control in others, the
correct rehab program is what will ensure your issue doesn't return.

EXERCISE REHABILITATION

OUR REHAB SESSIONS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR BODIES NEEDS- AND YOUR GOALS.

A big part of your recovery and ongoing training is both the exercises you choose, but also how you do them. Sports massage treats and eases the tension in tight muscles, the right exercises done the right way can help to alleviate future tension.
